"I mean, it’s not a huge deal..."
I mean, it’s not a huge deal or anything, but the inventory seems a little hit or miss. I’ll find what I need, get ready to order, and then it’s suddenly out of stock. Very cool, very relaxing.

"Not the leather I expected"
Got the leather strap. Looked fine at first. But it felt thin and dry. The edges started wearing after just a few uses. For the price, I expected better

"Looked Nice at First, But Didn’t Last"
I ordered a few buckles and clips from buckleguy for some small leather projects, and to be fair, they did look sharp when they arrived. Shipping was decent too, so at first I was feeling good about it, they definitely know how to make hardware look impressive fresh out of the bag.

After a few weeks of regular use though, one of the clips started sticking and the finish on one buckle was already wearing off. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for the price I expected them to hold up a little better. They’re not awful or anything, just more “nice to look at” than actually built to last.

"Wish there was a bit more detail"
I was just browsing the product pages, i felt a little unsure about a few items. Some of the descriptions seemed light, especially around sizing and finish details, so I’d probably want to email first before ordering. Maybe others have had an easier time with it, but I usually like seeing more info or reviews before feeling confident. The site itself seems fine, I just wish the product details were clearer.

"Cost more than I expected"
I went in thinking I’d just grab a few basic hardware pieces and be done, but the total at checkout was a lot higher than I expected. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, so the price gap kind of caught me off guard.
The quality might be perfectly fine, but for what I needed, it just didn’t feel worth the cost to me. I ended up ordering somewhere else because buckleguy felt a bit too expensive for a simple purchase

"Always Having to Hunt for What I Need"
Every time I come in, the stuff I actually need seems to be out of stock. It’s frustrating because then I have to spend extra time checking other aisles, asking someone, or making another trip somewhere else. It just feels like more work than it should be

"Apparently Bubble Wrap Was Too Much to Ask"
My order showed up in some seriously flimsy packaging, with everything rattling around inside the box like it was on a little field trip. Nothing felt protected at all, which is always fun when you’ve paid actual money for something. I wasn’t expecting a luxury unboxing experience or anything, but maybe packing it like they cared even slightly would’ve been nice. Overall, it just felt careless and made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be

"Pretty disappointing experience overall"
I’m not very happy with how my order went. The website itself was fine enough to use, and placing the order wasn’t really the issue, but once I checked out, everything just started to feel slow, unclear, and kind of frustrating. I kept having to go back and check for updates because I wasn’t sure what was happening, and after a while it felt like I was doing way more chasing than I should have had to do for a simple order.

I also reached out to customer service hoping they could clear things up, but the reply I got didn’t really help much or make me feel any better about the situation. For the amount I paid, I expected the whole process to be a lot smoother and more organized. Maybe other people have had better luck, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Custom order help was fine, just a little slow"
I needed help with a custom order and they did help me out, so that was good. The only thing is the replies took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, and they were polite when they got back to me, but I did find myself waiting around a bit. Overall, it worked out okay

"Color was WAY off"
It looked like a nice tan shade online, but when it arrived, it was kind of orange. Definitely not what I was expecting.

"Return process took way too long"
I ordered a few buckles and one of them just didn’t work for what I needed. The buckle itself seemed fine, but trying to return it was more irritating than it should’ve been. The exchange instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to spend extra time figuring it out, which got old fast. It eventually got handled, but I still ended up paying extra shipping, which was frustrating. Decent products, but the return process really needs to be easier.

"Amazingly expensive for something so average"
I really wanted to like it, but wow, my wallet definitely had the more memorable experience here. The items were fine, nothing terrible, but also nothing that made me think, “Yes, this was absolutely worth that price.” And then shipping got added, because apparently the total wasn’t already trying hard enough. Overall, it was okay, just not special enough for what it cost. I probably won’t be ordering again.

I was trying to browse around, but the filters kept acting weird on me, like... they wouldn’t really stick or show what I expected. It made the whole thing kind of frustrating, honestly.

"Refund Eventually Happened, I Guess"
The order itself was fine, so no complaints there. But the refund process was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to follow up more than once, and the replies weren’t exactly speedy, which was super fun. They did refund me in the end, thankfully, but it took longer than expected and made the whole experience feel frustrating.

"Just not worth it"
I was disappointed with this. The leather just looked cheap right out of the box, and after only about a week it started cracking. I really don’t think it’s worth the money.

"Didn't Feel Genuine to Me"
I ordered from Buckleguy because I was expecting genuine material, but what I received just didn’t feel right to me. The finish looked a little off, and it didn’t have the same feel I’m used to with the real stuff. Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, but based on my experience, I don’t really trust it. For what I paid, I expected better, and I personally wouldn’t order it again.

"I was hoping for a quicker, more reassuring experience"
I’m not totally sure I trust this site yet. The whole experience just didn’t feel very reassuring to me, and I was expecting a faster response. It left me feeling a bit unsure about using it again.

"Sizing seemed a little off to me"
I ordered a buckle and some strap parts using the size chart, but when everything arrived, the measurements weren’t what I expected. From the way the sizing info was presented, I assumed it would be straightforward, but it ended up feeling a bit unclear. Maybe I misunderstood something, but the parts didn’t fit the way I needed, so I had to order replacements from another place.

"Not the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered a few leather pieces and some hardware, and I was expecting them to look a bit more finished. The stitching was kind of uneven, and a couple of the edges were rough, like they didn’t get cleaned up all the way before shipping...

One of the buckles also had small scratches on it straight out of the bag. They weren’t super dramatic or anything, but at this price I really didn’t expect to be trimming edges or touching things up myself...

Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, but the overall craftsmanship wasn’t there for me. I wanted to like the order, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again.....
